We focus on playful movement, music, and simple routines that build confidence and coordination. Each session includes a warm-up, easy dance activities, social games, and a relaxed cool-down. Parents/carers participate alongside their child, making it a joyful experience for the whole family. No dance experience needed — just bring energy and smiles! Over 12s – Wiggle & Giggle Teens A relaxed, inclusive dance and social class for teens aged 12 and over. Our sessions blend easy-to-follow routines with music, movement, and dance-based games — all in a supportive space where everyone can move at their own pace. We encourage self-expression, teamwork, and confidence-building, with plenty of time for connection and laughter. Parents/carers are welcome to join in or support from the side. No previous dance experience needed. please choose the class you think your child will fit into best.
