At Wiggle & Giggle, both of our sessions are open to all ages and abilities, giving families the flexibility to choose what feels right for their Giggle Buddy.

Our Wiggle & Flow sessions are fun, relaxed and slow paced, making them a great fit for younger Giggle Buddies and those who are newer to dance. With a focus on building confidence, encouraging participation and allowing everyone to move in a way that feels comfortable, these sessions are all about enjoying the moment and finding their flow.
Especially suited to beginners, while always remaining open to all ages and abilities.
🌈 Groove & Grow
Our Groove & Grow sessions offer a fun, playful and more structured, fast paced experience, making them a great option for Giggle Buddies who have some dance experience or are ready to build on their skills. With a stronger focus on routines, coordination and progression, this class is perfect for those wanting to learn more while still having fun along the way.
Ideal for those ready for a little more structure and skill building, while still open to all ages and abilities.
