1. Participation & Conduct

  • Wiggle & Giggle is an inclusive program for all ages and abilities. Kindness, respect, and inclusivity are expected from all participants, parents/carers, and staff.

  • Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to take a break or leave the session to protect the safety and enjoyment of others.

2. Health & Safety

  • Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or have had vomiting/diarrhoea in the past 48 hours.

  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, sensory needs, or support requirements before your first class.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

3. Parent & Carer Responsibilities

Parents and carers play an essential role in making Wiggle & Giggle safe, supportive, and fun for all participants. By attending, you agree to:

  • Stay on site and actively supervise your child throughout the session.

  • Provide any support your child needs, including emotional support, redirection, breaks, toileting, and medical care.

  • Always keep your child within your sight and supervision.

  • Follow our allergy safety guidelines and avoid bringing restricted food items (nuts & seafood.).

  • Use provided hygiene products (e.g. wipes, sanitiser) after eating/drinking.

  • Ensure respectful, kind behaviour towards all participants, carers, and staff.

  • Be responsible for any damage to venue, equipment, or property caused by yourself or your child.

  • Follow staff directions in emergencies and always keep your child with you.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Class fees: $30 per class OR

    • 6-class package: $162 (valid 12 months)

    • 10-class package: $255 (valid 12 months)

  • All packages must be paid upfront.

  • Packages are non-refundable but are transferable to siblings or other sessions with prior approval.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellations:

  • No refunds for missed classes.

  • Make-up classes may be arranged with sufficient notice, subject to availability.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit unless in exceptional circumstances.

Class Cancellations (By Us):

  • If we cancel a class, you may choose:

    • A full refund, OR

    • A credit towards a future class, OR

    • A rescheduled session (where possible).

6. Merchandise Returns/Exchanges

  • Faulty or damaged merchandise may be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase and return of the item.

  • No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition where possible.

7. Photography & Media

  • Photos/videos may be taken during sessions.

  • Public sharing (e.g. website/social media) will only occur if a signed media release form is on file.

  • If no release is signed, photos/videos will only be shared privately in our closed Family Facebook Group.

8. Changes & Communication

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to class times, locations, or content.

  • Changes will be communicated via your preferred contact method (SMS, email, or both).

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which is included in your Welcome Pack.

  • This includes how we collect, store, use, and protect your information, as well as how we manage consent for photos and videos.

  • By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to the handling of personal information as outlined in it.

 10. Liability & Risk Disclaimer

  • Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

  • By attending Wiggle & Giggle sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and your child’s safety.

  • Parents/carers are liable for any damage they or their child cause to Wiggle & Giggle’s property, equipment, or materials, and may also be liable for damage caused to the property of the venue/hall owners where our classes are held.

  • Wiggle & Giggle Dance, its owners, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in our programs, except where required by law.

  • You agree to release and indemnify Wiggle & Giggle Dance from any claims, demands, or proceedings arising out of or connected to participation in our activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Agreement

By attending Wiggle & Giggle Dance classes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood our Parent & Carer Guidelines and Safety Plan.

  • Accept responsibility for your child’s supervision and wellbeing.

  • Understand and agree to our refund, cancellation, and media policies.

  • Accept the Liability & Risk Disclaimer outlined above.
