Wiggle & Giggle was born from love, music, and one beautiful little boy who showed us that connection comes in many forms.

Inspired by our own journey with Kristy’s son, a vibrant, autistic, non-verbal boy who found his voice through music, movement, and gaming, we saw firsthand the power of rhythm, joy, and community. Movement and play became his safe space, his language, and his way to connect with the world.

As two sisters with big hearts and a love for music, we wanted to create a space where everyone, regardless of age or ability, feels included, supported, and able to join in their own way. A place where everyone can express themselves, connect with others, and truly belong.

Wiggle & Giggle is that space. A place for movement, laughter, connection, and being exactly who you are.

What We Offer

We run weekly inclusive dance and social sessions for all ages and abilities, blending music, movement, routines, and games in every session.

Each Giggle Buddy attends alongside a parent or carer, creating a safe and welcoming environment where confidence grows, friendships form, and meaningful connections are built! all without pressure or judgment.

Our sessions are designed to support confidence, independence, social interaction, and skill development through a supportive mix of play-based learning and structured activities.

We’re passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive space where everyone can move their bodies, make friends, and have fun in a way that feels right for them.

Because everyone deserves a chance to shine, and every family deserves a place to feel welcome.
